Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For payments made via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking), the refund will be credited back to the same account or card used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
